XIV Club members joined a select group of high growth business owners for the Christmas Growth Club, hosted at the RAC, Pall Mall, in partnership with Henley Coaching Partnership.

 The day combined structured planning for 2026 with peer level discussion, practical workshops and curated networking, alongside a keynote session on AI from Dan Sodergren. Members stepped back from day to day operations to refine strategy, challenge assumptions and exchange insight with fellow operators facing similar growth dynamics. The event concluded with a private dinner at Benares in Mayfair, and it was particularly rewarding to see XIV Club members Georgie Rollings and Emma Lawrence of Starfish Accounting recognised with an award on the day.
