Inside a Typical Session:

Arrival and Welcome	Sessions begin at 16:00. Members are welcomed, phones are put away, and menus and drinks are agreed in advance. Guests, where invited, are welcomed with care and intention.
WIFLE. What I Feel Like Expressing	Each member shares recent wins, insights, or shifts since the last meeting. It sets the tone, honest, reflective, and grounded in progress.
The Deep Dive. Hot Seat Mastermind	Two members take the Hot Seat each session, bringing a real challenge to the group. The Chair facilitates using the GROW model, guiding discussion to clarity, strategy and committed action.
Professional & Personal Development Segment	Between the Hot Seats, a curated segment invites deeper reflection, frameworks, tools, or questions that expand your thinking and connect personal growth to business leadership.
Tea Break	A short, intentional pause to breathe, step outside, and return with renewed focus.
Commitments and Closing	Sessions conclude with each member sharing what they’re taking forward. Commitments are noted, and followed up in the next meeting.
Dinner and Drinks	The conversation continues over a private two-course dinner with drinks. It’s not an optional add-on, it’s part of the rhythm and value of the experience. This is often where the richest connections and deepest insights emerge.
